Working the core uses exercises that help build stability and balance to incorporate and strengthen the core. We engage this through use of various techniques, some of which are aimed at those inexperienced looking to promote core development and others which challenge the most advanced gym goers with long established core conditioning. We link this to body toning which in-turn becomes more productive when performing the excercises. Toning works the muscles for an extended length of time under increased intensity to create contractions through the use of high repetitions.
